2. What the site collects

• The site has no forms, no sign-up, no cookies and no tracking, advertising or analytics tools.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare, whose servers log technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit for security and operation.
• Accessibility settings you choose are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us.

3. Smart search

• The conversation is kept in your browser only until you close the tab.
• Availability is checked against the apartment's booking calendar without sending any personal data.
• To improve the search we may store the text of questions and answers, without IP addresses or cookies. Names, phone numbers and emails are removed automatically before storage. Logs are kept at Cloudflare and deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Voice search: the recording is sent to Cloudflare's transcription service (Workers AI), is not stored, and is deleted right after transcription.

4. Information you send us

When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, or book directly, we receive the details you choose to give (name, phone, dates, number of guests) and use them only to answer you and handle your booking and stay. We share them only with those who need them to serve you, or when required by law. We never sell data.

5. Other services

WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta) policy. Bookings via Airbnb are subject to Airbnb's privacy policy.

6. Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you may ask to see, correct or delete your information. Contact us at the phone number above.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page with the date.
