Terms of use

Updated 1 November 2026

1. Who we are

The "Red Apartments – Eilat Towers" website is operated by Yehonatan Oppenheim, Business ID: 034796664. Phone: +972-54-490-6178.

The site is part of the Bait BeEilat group.

2. What the site offers

The site provides information about holiday apartments in Eilat. You cannot book or pay on the site itself.

3. Cancelling a direct booking

A direct booking made remotely may be cancelled under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and its regulations: generally within 14 days of booking, if more than 7 non-rest days remain before the stay, with a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower. Otherwise, cancellation follows the terms agreed in writing and the law.

4. Information on the site

We try to keep apartment information accurate and up to date, but changes or errors may occur; please check what matters to you before booking. Ratings come from Booking and Airbnb and are updated periodically. Final price and availability appear only on the booking platform or in your confirmation. Recommendations for restaurants, beaches and attractions are for convenience only, with no business relationship.

5. Links

Links to Booking, Airbnb, WhatsApp and other sites are subject to their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content.

6. Copyright

Texts, photos, logo and design belong to us or are used under licence and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

7. Fair use

Do not use the site in ways that harm it or others, such as attempting to hack it, overload it or scrape it automatically.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the site working but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising solely from use of general information on the site. This does not affect your consumer rights.

9. Accessibility and privacy

See the accessibility statement and the privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law; disputes will be heard by the competent courts in Israel.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown here, with its update date, applies.
